WHMCS Global Support Policy Change | Major Update

Support Services & Updates are paid for all one-time license users

First of all, I would like to thank all our existing customers for their support and for using our services. The credit of our success goes to all our existing customers and our prospect customers. All our existing customers are aware that till now we are continuously updating and maintaining our modules and providing support and updates free of cost, but now there are some changes in our ONE-TIME License policies. It’s an official announcement that from 1st. April 2018 onwards all support & updates services are paid for one-time license users. So you all are requested to cooperate with us so that we can continuously maintain and update our WHMCS modules. Now if you need support & updates then you need to purchase these services from us. New policies are applicable from 01st April 2018. For now, all support services for one time users are closed. If you want to avail uninterrupted services please contact us on support or sales.

We are sharing the plans for the services:

Plan 1:

    • If your current One time plan is from $ 0- $49.99 then we will charge $16.49/year for support & updates.

Plan 2:

    • If your current One time plan is from $ 49.99- $99.99 then we will charge $24.49/year for support & updates.

Plan 3:

    If your current One time plan is from $ 99.99-$199.99 then we will charge $49.49/year for support & updates.

If anyone is seeking for support and updates then this policy will be effective from 01st April 2018.
